For 20 years, the Archdiocese has provided Safe Environment training to help properly respond and prevent sexual abuse of children by those who serve the church. Anyone working or volunteering with children or youth is required to take an in-person training workshop provided for free by the Archdiocese. A new policy requires a refresher of this course every 5 years. If you have not taken this workshop, or wish to attend in-person for your refresher, the next local training will be Tuesday, August 17, 2026 at St. Joseph Bardstown.
